Even as administrators, commanders just seem really lacklustre, especially when compared to the crazy construction buffs sentinels give I usually run a sentinel for tarpit, a duelist (usually champion) or vanguard for shock cav, and the mandatory strategist.

Has anybody found a reliable use for commanders? Sure, they give nice buffs but I can't seem to find a real place for them.

Do female commanders have a reduced spawn rate or is my luck just fucked? I need marriage candidates - turn 115 right now and only had 2 show up.

Beyond character traits that say "do x when in x," do court positions - such as prime minister - actually do anything? I can't find any info on the subject.
